An online shopping system is that permits a customer to submit online orders for items or services from a store that serves both walk-in customers and online customers. This study aims to establish a preliminary assessment, evaluation and understanding of the characteristics of online shopping. An effort has been made to investigate online consumer behaviour, in Kukatpally, Hyderabad which in turn provides E-marketers with a constructional frame work for their E-businesses' strategies. The major objectives are To study attitude of consumers towards online shopping. To identify the issues faced by customers while online shopping. To identify the main factors that affect the online consumer when considering and making a purchase over the Internet. And also to find out which age group of people use frequently online shopping.
