Dynamic Study of Parabolic Cylindrical Shell A Parametric Study
The shell structures are composed of a thin shell made of reinforced concrete without the use of interior columns giving an open on the inside. Most general shells used in manufacturing industries are flat plates and domes but different shapes like cylindrical, parabolic or spherical section may also used. Storage facilities and Games arena buildings are common concrete shell structures. On the other hand, they can be complicated to design, as the exact shape necessary for stability of structure depends on the material used, the size of the shell, exterior or interior loading, and other oblique. So by varying the parameter of the shell, performance of the shell is also varying. Main objective of this paper is parametric analysis of the various cylindrical shell structures with different lengths. For analysis we took two different lengths of cylindrical shell and then, two parameters have been vary first one is radius and second is thickness, on the basis of different radius and thickness for same chord width, length, and material of shell we will evaluate the behaviour of shell for different models.

Seismic Analysis of G 10 Storey Building with Various Locations of Shear Walls using Etabs
Shear walls are specially designed structural members provided in the multi storey buildings to resist lateral forces. These walls have very high in plane strength and stiffness, which can resist large horizontal forces and can support gravity loads. There are lots of literatures available to design and analyse the shear wall. However, what is the optimum location of shear wall in multi storey buildings are not discussed extensively in any literature. It is very necessary to determine effective, efficient and ideal location of shear wall to get effective performance of the buildings. In this paper, therefore, main focus is to determine the efficient and effective location of shear walls in multi storey buildings. In this paper, various models of G 10 storeyed building have been analysed by changing locations of shear walls for determining parameters like Base Shear, Lateral Displacement and Storey Drift. In this paper the Linear static method of analysis has been carried out on type II soil Medium soil sites for a regular structure in plan in zone V for all the frame models and various load combinations are applied using software ETABS.The presence of shear wall can affect the seismic behaviour of frame structure to large extent, and the shear wall increases the strength and lateral stiffness of the structure. It has been found that the model M 09 having shear walls at the centroid of the building in cross shape shape shows better location of shear wall.

Experimental Study on Rubberized Concrete
Modifications of construction materials have an important bearing on the building sector. Several attempts have been therefore made in the building material industry to put to use waste material products, e.g., worn out tyres, into useful and cost effective items. Success in this regard will contribute to the reduction of waste material dumping problems by utilizing the waste materials as raw material for other products. The present proposal involves a comprehensive laboratory study for the newer application of this waste material in the preparation of fibrous concrete. The primary objective of investigation is to study the strength behavior i.e. compressive strength, impact resistance of rubberized concrete with rubber chips. Volume variation of rubber chips with replacement to course aggregate. The proposed work is aimed to study the effect of volume of rubber chips on the compressive strength.

Seismic Analysis of Irregular Building Frames with Soil Structure Interaction
Seismic response of structure is extremely complex because of the non linear behavior soil during earthquakes. Seismic design of structures is generally carried out assuming fixed base ignoring the flexibility of soil. The main objective of the study is to investigate the significance of effect of soil structure interaction on building with mass irregularity. The dynamic contact approach was utilized to simulate pounding between the adjacent buildings. Nonlinear finite element analysis was performed for two adjacent multi story structures with four different configuration representing cases that can exist in reality. The seismic response of the studied cases generally emphasized that ignoring the soil flexibility and or the contribution of the infill panels may significantly alter the response of adjacent structures. Response spectrum analysis has been carried out and the parameters like time period, base shear, roof top displacement and storey drift of the building frames resting over foundation and soil media has been studied.

Seismic Analysis of Irregular Building Frames with Soil Structure Interaction
Seismic response of structure is extremely complex because of non linear behaviour soil during earth quakes. Seismic design of structure is generally carried out assuming fixed based ignoring the flexibility of soil. The purpose of the study is to describe and investigate different approaches of considering soil flexibility in the soil structure interaction SSI with regard to response in the super structure. In the present work, to illustrate the effect of soil – stricture interaction on the seismic response of frame structure, irregular frame 15 storey having consider with based supported as fixed with an without considering the soil structure interaction. Building are model in SAP 2000. Three type of soil i.e. hard, medium hard, soft soil are used to in SSI – study. the soil is model as spring model or elastic continuum FEM , and stiffness is calculated by using the gerorge gazettes equation. The effect of SSI on various structural parameter i.e. natural time period, based shear, roof displacement, are studed and discuss. The main objective in using this earthquake was, to find out of the structure when heat by long duration and see the how the response of modified, when the soil effect are taken into considerate.

Accessing Suitability of Pinned Base and Fixed Base PEB Structure with Pile Foundation
Pre Engineered Buildings PEB buildings nowadays are majorly used in industrial areas for its economy and time optimization. In PEB structures, column base provided can be pinned or fixed. It is a general practice in PEB design that when the piles are provided or when the soil strata is weak, PEB column base selected is a pinned base. In such a condition, economy when compared with a fixed base is generally ignored in Indian practice. In this research, Two different industrial PEB sheds are analyzed and designed according to the Indian standard code IS 800 2007 with two different column base conditions one being the pinned base and another one being the fixed base, both resting on the piles. In this project the economy of structural steel and piles is evaluated for these two column end conditions. The soil under the PEB shed is simulated by the springs of varying stiffness at varying depth. The springs are assigned with the property of soil subgrade reaction obtained from the soil report. Thus bending moment, shear force, and deflection of a pile is found out and the soil can be simulated more accurately.

Comparison of Strength Characteristics of Concrete by using Fly Ash and Rice Husk Ash
A state of extreme landfill areas redevelopment program in many parts of the country has cause to bring the use of recycled aggregate. The low quality of recycled aggregate has limited its use to low grade applications such as roadwork sub base and pavements, while its adoption for higher grade concrete is rare because of the lower compressive strength and higher variability in mechanical performance of recycled aggregate. A new concrete mixing method, that is the two stage mixing approach TSMA , was publically recommends to improve the quality of recycled aggregate concrete RAC by splitting the mixing process into two stages. The variation of compressive strength by experimental analysis involving the new mixing method with the two stage mixing approach by proportioning ingredients with the percentage of recycled coarse aggregates RCA , fly ash and rice husk ash. Based on experiments and results, improves strength to RAC were achieved with TSMA. This can be regarded as to the porous nature of RA and the mixing process that fills up some of its pores and cracks, resulting in a denser aggregate and concrete. An improved zone of RA gives a more strength than the normal mixing approach.

Implementation of Plastic Waste in Manufacturing of Paving Blocks for Different Shapes
Block Paving is a commonly used decorative method of creating a pavement or hard standing. The main benefit of Paving Blocks Over other materials is that it can later be replaced. Also from Asthetic point of view, Pavers are good. Paving Blocks are generally used for Pedestrian, Parking, etc. Different types of manufacturing methods are now carried out to use some non degrade able material. Plastic Waste is increasing day by day which pollutes the environment. So, it is very much important to implement these waste material such that it can be used for different purposes like recycling and reusing. The disposal of waste plastics PET, PP, etc. is a biggest challenge, as repeated recycling of PET bottles poses a potential danger of being transformed to a carcinogenic material and only a small proportion of PET bottles are being recycled. Because of costly conventional recycling techniques, there has been an increased demand for more scientific and innovative technologies to effectively recycle these materials. But it is not completely possible to reuse and recycle those waste again and again due to danger of cancer. In this project we will use plastic waste in the manufacturing of paving blocks for different shapes and compare their strengths.
