Employee Attendance and payroll is a web application, which becomes the first responsibility of any company. The most operate of payroll is to produce compensation to staff within the kind of wage in exchange for his or her attending and contributing to the company. Most of firms have the information of its permanent employee or its full time employee so, the half time employee usually stepped aside. Therefore, it might be nice if there is a web application that can cover it all, complete with calculations and info, especially for a part time employee that works in the company. Part time employee attendances and payroll system at most presently still are using manual systems which are the filling system and attendance sheet with the employee’s signature which is less effective and efficient. The result of this problems is that the creation of a attendance system using an web application form and automates form of salary calculation within the payroll method.

Now a day’s security has become the major concern for everyone. Due to these busy schedules, we didn’t get enough time to look around or can say keep watch on our surrounding because of which we didn’t notice the unusual activity which leads to a higher crime rate and become a major concern. The assailant has mastered themselves in hiding behind the cover of innocence and goodwill and executes their plan when they feel it’s the right time which has led to crime rate 47 . The crime is seriously needed to be controlled and so is the crime rate. Our project “Biometric Security Bags” is based on the problems we face most often in our life. It is a basic idea to create a bag which is secured by biometric lock and code lock which will be dual authentication with a GPS and GSM system will help us to keep our belongings safe. We will also introduce a mini camera which will capture our surrounding. The bag can be used for the multipurpose security of our valuables and at the same time for security of human.

Physical activities are used to be detected by sensors which humans carry i.e cellphones. Using such techniques, applications are predicted, for benefit to users. It is a smart music player that keeps learning your listening habits and plays the song preferred by your current mood, activities etc. Facial expression recognition include image processing, done using multiple algorithms, with feature extraction, and verified into different emotions.

A Review Paper on Kotlin Programming Language

There are many alternative programming languages like C, C , JAVA, Python, etc. Every artificial language has its advantages and downsides, features. What’s Kotlin Why the android developers choose this is often that Kotlin is to enable mixed language projects. Kotlin also introduces improved syntax, still as concise expressions and abstractions. Using Kotlin with Java reduces excessive boilerplate code, which could be a huge win for Android developers. Kotlin has been included as another to the quality Java compiler. Many concepts in Kotlin helps programmers to begin with Kotlin is meant to be an industrial strength object oriented language, and a better language than Java, but still be fully interoperable with Java code, allowing companies to form a gradual migration from Java to Kotlin. Some benefits of Kotlin are that semicolons are optional as an announcement terminator in most cases, a newline is sufficient for the compiler to deduce that the statement has ended. Kotlin variable declarations and parameter lists have the information type come after the variable name and with a colon separator , the same as BASIC, Pascal, and Typescript.

The use of information technology in government processes will increase the efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, and accountability of government administration. Utilization of IT within an organization requires a system to manage IT better as well as the required audit of information technology that can be run in accordance as the expected. IT Audit is an important matter that must be carried out within an organization, also including the Government Institution Region X which utilize the technology of information as supporting the process of the public servicing. The audit of information technology is carried out with the purpose of fixing the critical point or problems that often occur in the process within the institution. As the result of study using the framework of COBIT 5, it shows the level of capability of five IT processes selected are at a lower level, namely APO07 at the level 2, EDM04 at the level 1, DSS01 at the level 1, BAI01 at the level 1, and APO08 at the level 1, whereas the expectation of capabilities of the organization’s leader is at the level 4. The results of the audit of information technology that has been made, shows the difference of the level of gap between the current maturity level with the maturity level based on the organization’s leader. In this study, will be getting suggestions and improvement recommendations according to the framework of COBIT 5 and ITIL 2011.

Detection of Drowsiness using Electroencephalograph Sensor

Drowsy driving is a one of the most common cause of accident. The risk and danger that results due to drowsy driving are alarming. The drowsy driving usually happens when the driver has not slept enough, it can also happen due to continuous shift work, sleep disorders, medications, alcohols, illness. In this study, we have proposed development of a drowsiness detection system using a portable electroencephalograph EEG and a mobile device. This proposed mobile app is expected to minimize the accidents caused by drowsy driving 1 . By using Electroencephalogram EEG sensor, the condition of drowsiness is detected by recording the electrical activity that occurs in the human brain and is represented as a frequency signal. This frequency signal is transmitted to the mobile app using Bluetooth and will give an alarm notification when the drowsiness is detected. If the driver does not respond within a given time e.g. greater than 1 minute then it sends alert to the emergency contacts 1 . The brainwave from the EEG sensor is classified into four features, namely Delta, Theta, Alpha, and Beta waves.

Evaluation of the E Government Quality of Services Case Study X City Government

The application of Information Technology in government is not only based on the desire to create a more efficient government, but also to improve the public access to information and the quality of services developed by the government. This study measures the extent of the quality of citizens' aspirations service at Badung Communication and Information website. The method used is the E Govqual method, since it was created specifically to assess government owned websites. E Govqual itself has 22 attributes which are divided into five variables namely Ease of Use, Trust, Reliability, Content and Appearance of Information, and Citizen Support. The data collected were analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis IPA method in order to obtain indicators that are in need of improvement or to be maintained based on users perceptions and expectations. The result of the analysis shows that the citizens' aspirations service at Badung Communication and Information website is still not in accordance to the users expectations. This is shown by the suitability value of 100 , which is 81 and the average result of the gap value of 0, which is 0.84. There are 10 attributes of the main improvements to the citizens' aspirations service at Badung Communication and Information website.

The purpose of the project is to research about Content and Collaborative based movie recommendation engines. Nowadays recommender systems are used in our day to day life. We try to understand the distinct types of reference engines systems and compare their work on the movies datasets. We start to produce a versatile model to complete this study and start by developing and relating the different kinds of prototypes on a minor dataset of 100,000 evaluations. The growth of e commerce has given rise to recommendation engines. Several recommendation engines exist within the market to recommend a wide variety of goods to users. These recommendations support various aspects such as users interests, users history, users locations, and more. Away from all the above aspects one thing is common which is individuality. Content and collaborative based movie recommendation engines recommend users based on the users viewpoint, whereas many things are there within the marketplace that are related to which a user is uninformed of. This stuff should also be suggested by the engine to clients But due to the range of individuality , these machines do not suggest things that are out of the crate. The Hybrid System of Movie Recommendation Engine has crossed this variety of individuality. The Movie Recommendation Engine will suggest movies to clients according to their interest and be evaluated by other clients who are almost user like. Additionally, for this, there are web services that are capable of acting as a tool adornment.

Large scale industrialization and the increase in the number of factories and industries across major cities in the world have been contributing to the decreasing air quality. This is since a rapid increase in the population across the world has prompted the majority of the companies across the globe to adopt mass production activities to keep up with the increasing demand. This is evident in the fact that most of the big cities have an increasing number of cases of respiratory illnesses and asthmatic symptoms in the populous. Therefore, there is an urgent need to address these issues to provide a better environment and reduce such incidences. The Internet of Things or IoT platform is a quite a promising platform for this approach which has been getting increasingly affordable and approachable. Therefore, in the approach stipulated in this research, the IoT platform has been utilized in addition to the Machine Learning paradigms to achieve accurate air quality predictions. The proposed methodology utilizes K nearest neighbors and Linear Regression, along with the Hidden Markov Model for effective Pollution level estimation.

Efficient Comment Classification through NLP and Fuzzy Classification

A significant increase has been noticed in the number of people that are utilizing the internet paradigm for various purposes such as accessing various portals such as Social media and E commerce websites. Due to their immense popularity, these platforms have seen remarkable growth and an increasing user base that is constantly interacting on the platform through the use of comments. These comments are mostly the users assisting each other on the platform in making the right decision. These comments can range from helpful to sarcastic, which can be highly difficult for a Natural Language Processing platform to determine. Supervised machine learning approach requires labels such as star ratings in reviews to understand the reviews and classify. These labels need to be reliable, whereas as they are entered by users, they could be misleading. Therefore, in this paper, an unsupervised approach towards the automatic classification of comments has been outlined in much detail. The proposed methodology utilizes an innovative combination of Term Frequency – Inverse Document Frequency TF IDF in addition to the NLP paradigm along with the addition of the Entropy Estimation through Shannon Information gain. This procedure can effectively disintegrate the sentence into its basic form which can then ultimately be classified using the Fuzzy Classification technique.

Todays business activities have entered the modern era, which uses technology as the media. The application of technology is not only done by large companies, but also in MSMEs. The application of ERP technology, especially in CRM to manage customer relations with a company is very necessary for the interests and progress of a company. The business processes of the Weaving X MSMEs that use CRM are still running conventionally, where there is no adequate customer management which causes problems such as a collision that often happens in customer consultation schedules, the lack of real time information in customers, and the company is overwhelmed in communication with customers who are living in far places. The solution to this problem is to apply E CRM technology which is a model of managing customer relationships online. With the use of open source software such as Odoo both companies and customers can enjoy the convenience and benefits of services and features in the application. This is based on the evaluation of the testing conducted on 20 respondents regarding the implementation of Odoo based E CRM which showed the perceived ease of use with a percentage value of 48.33 agree and the perceived usefulness of 53.33 strongly agree . This means that the Odoo based E CRM is considered to be very helpful for a company in managing relationships with its customers.

The increasing of internet use in Indonesia has a quite significant value of 143.26 million in 2019. This value has an impact on the business venture in running their business. Most business enterprises in Indonesia have implemented information technology in their business processes, where the benefits of applying information technology to the business ventures can be used as a free promotional media by utilizing existing social media. Of course, with the use of information technology, it will increase business competition that is quite tight, where companies that do not implement technology will find it difficult to compete. One example of companies that have not yet implemented information technology in their business processes is the XYZ Weaving Company in Bali, Indonesia. XYZ Weaving Company is a conventional company which produces and sells ikat, batik, airbrush and songket cloth. The problem of this company is the lack of buyer interest in buying the products they offer, so the solution provided is to implement E CRM using the Odoo application in the Conventional Woven Fabric Company case study. System testing is done by using the USE Questionnaire to calculate the user usability level, and it is expected that by implementing E CRM using this Odoo application, it will increase sales from the XYZ Fabric Weaving company.

The major problem that the farmers around the world face is losses, because of pests, disease or a nutrient deficiency. They depend upon the information that they get from the agricultural departments for the diagnosis of plant leaf disease. This process is lengthy and complicated. Here comes a system to help farmers everywhere in the world by automatically detecting plant leaf diseases accurately and within no time. The proposed system is capable of identifying the disease of majorly 5 crops which are corn, sugarcane, wheat, and grape. In this paper, the proposed system uses the Mobile Net model, a type of CNN for classification of leaf disease. Several experiments are performed on the dataset to get the accurate output. This system ensures to give more accurate results than the previous systems.

Recently, fake news has been incurring many problems to our society. As a result, many researchers have been working on identifying fake news. Most of the fake news detection systems utilize the linguistic feature of the news. However, they have difficulty in sensing highly ambiguous fake news which can be detected only after identifying meaning and latest related information. In this paper, to resolve this problem, we shall present a new Korean fake news detection system using fact DB which is built and updated by human's direct judgement after collecting obvious facts. Our system receives a proposition, and search the semantically related articles from Fact DB in order to verify whether the given proposition is true or not by comparing the proposition with the related articles in fact DB. To achieve this, we utilize a deep learning model, Bidirectional Multi Perspective Matching for Natural Language Sentence BiMPM , which has demonstrated a good performance for the sentence matching task. However, BiMPM has some limitations in that the longer the length of the input sentence is, the lower its performance is, and it has difficulty in making an accurate judgement when an unlearned word or relation between words appear. In order to overcome the limitations, we shall propose a new matching technique which exploits article abstraction as well as entity matching set in addition to BiMPM. In our experiment, we shall show that our system improves the whole performance for fake news detection.

With cloud storage services, users can remotely store their data to the cloud and realize the data sharing with others. Remote data integrity auditing scheme is proposed to guarantee the integrity of the data stored in the cloud. In some common cloud storage systems such as the Electronic Health Records EHRs system, the cloud file might contain some sensitive information. The sensitive information should not be exposed to others when the cloud file is shared. Encrypting the whole shared file can realize the sensitive information hiding, but will make this shared file unable to be used by others. How to realize data sharing with sensitive information hiding in remote data integrity auditing still has not been explored up to now. In order to address this problem, we propose a remote data integrity auditing scheme that realizes data sharing with sensitive information hiding in this system.
