Results the major findings of the present study are that young students migrate to urban locations like NCR for reasons such as unavailability of courses and in search of better campuses and opportunities. As many as 33.33 of total students migrated from Uttar Pradesh, and 68.7 of total students who migrated to Delhi NCR for educational purposes does not go back for voting in the last elections to their home constituency. Other than this political exclusion, many students also reported discrimination based on caste, race, gender, colour, and ethnicity. Conclusion The government should re examine the migration policies of our country and try to connect with the booming young population, and implement already existing policies widely for the development of youth. The government and educational institutions also require urgent interventions regarding the exclusion of migrated young students and their mental health.

Digital Financial Inclusion among Tribes A Post Covid Pandemic Scenario
Digital financial inclusion ensures that the marginalized and underserved population has digital access to and use of formal financial services. Such services should be personalized to the needs of consumers and delivered responsibly, at a cost that is both affordable consumers and fair for suppliers. For both individuals and companies, the digitalization of finance can reduce costs and open up new market and livelihood opportunities to help nations rebuild better after Covid 19. This study assesses the extent of digital financial inclusion and measures the awareness and usage level of digital financial services among tribal people in Kasaragod district, Kerala. The results showed that there is association between age of the respondents and the period of using digital financial services and also there is no significant difference between males and females in usage of digital financial services. The study reveals that people having different educational group have different level of awareness about digital financial services.

An Assessment of Covid 19 Strategies for Selected States of India – Lessons Learned for Future Pandemics
Introduction COVID 19 pandemic has severely affected the world and the impact is not uniformly distributed over space and among varying socio economic, demographic and epidemiological characteristics of population. Government has undertaken several strategies to prevent the adverse impact of COVID 19. Hence, this paper attempts to critically analyse the government’s strategies in regions of India having varied vulnerabilities. Objectives The objectives of this paper is to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of COVID 19 response model of selected states of India to highlight the lessons learned for dealing with future pandemics. Also, emphasis has been given to analyse the role of vulnerabilities as part of government’s strategies. Methodology A SWOT analysis has been performed in this paper through understanding of vulnerabilities and COVID response model of three states of India. The selected states are Madhya Pradesh, Telangana and Nagaland having highest overall COVID 19 vulnerability index among the EAG, Non EAG and North Eastern states respectively as formulated by Acharya and Porwal, 2020. The information and data has been collected through government websites of each state and several reports like Rural Health Statistics, National Health Profile etc has been referred. Critical Findings The findings of this paper reveal that the EAG states of India have higher socio economic vulnerabilities on the other hand, Non EAG states have higher demographic and epidemiological vulnerabilities. The government response model of each of the state largely followed the government guidelines rather than assessment of their own community needs. Very little efforts have been made to address the state specific vulnerabilities. Conclusion It can be concluded from this paper that there is a need for region specific strategies for combating the pandemic as each region have their own different needs and vulnerabilities. Further, identified strengths and opportunities should be encouraged and attention should be given on weaknesses and threats.

Human Rights in India A Brief Study
The concept of human rights is a universal concept. In 1948, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was proclaimed by the United Nations, known as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Since the Human Rights protection Act of 1993, the Government of India has taken a number of initiatives, some of which have been put into practice. Rights refer to those civic amenities that are recognized and protected by the state. The relationship between the state and its law is very close to the concept or rights and indeed human rights can only be preserved when citizens are aware of their duties and rights. The human rights act enacted by the government of India states that human rights are the right to life, liberty, equality and dignity recognized by the constitution or recognized by the international treaties. But many things that are related to human rights have not been implemented. I have tried to show through this paper that the state of human rights in India and the success and failure of human rights is moving forward through various debates.

Freedom and Decision Making Role of Tribal Women In Galudih Village, East Singhbhum, Jharkhand
In the twenty first century women enjoyed more freedom and power than ever before. But they have still disadvantage as compared to men in virtually all aspect of life. Women are deprived equal access to education, health care, capital and decision making power in the political, social and business sectors. Women work to two third of the World’s working hours and produce half of the World’s food but are only ten percent of the World’s income and own just less than one percent of the World’s property. This limited advancement of women in the formal sectors shows a great disregard for their social and economic responsibilities within the country.

Socio Economic Status and Health Condition among the E Rickshaw Puller Drivers A Case Study
An E Rickshaw vehicle is the boon to the common man. Overall, India is the home of 1.5 million battery operated electric rickshaw, catering to over 60 million commuters users every day especially in and around metro routes and highly populated pockets. The Electric Rickshaw is also known as ‘Tuuk Tuuki’ or ‘Toto’or Battery Rickshaw at different name in different places. The three wheeled battery operated Electric Rickshaw or E Rickshaw has emerged in public road transport in Malda district of West Bengal like many parts of the country recently 4 5 years ago. The E Rickshaw is environment friendly and has the potential to reduce the carbon foot print due to passenger transport system. This paper is an attempt to assessment the socio economic strength of the E Rickshaw drivers, to know the health status of the E Rickshaw drivers and to know the problems faced by the E Rickshaw drivers in the study area. The Malda district of West Bengal has been selected as the study area, known as Gateway of North Bengal, famous for mango and raw silk production. The entire research work is based on both primary and secondary sources of data. The results of the study shows that 51.23 per cent of the respondents are income daily INR 501 1000 from E Rickshaw services, 23.45 per cent of the E Rickshaw drivers are facing the debt problems to recovery the financial loan. The researchers suggested that Central as well as State Government should given the subsidized loan from public and private sector banks and other financial institution for buying the new E Rickshaw the study area. The E Rickshaw has the potential to reduce the fuel oil consumption for passenger transportation which may lead to both economic and environmental benefit.

Deprivation in Socio Economic Status of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in West Bengal A Geographical Investigation
There are evidences that Scheduled Castes SCs and Scheduled Tribes STs are backward in India. In the era of inclusive development, it is important to develop all the social groups equally. This study is conducted in order to investigate spatial pattern of socio economic conditions of SCs and STs and deprivation of SCs and STs in West Bengal. In this regard, three objectives have been set. Firstly, to study regional pattern of socio economic status among Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in West Bengal. Secondly, to find causative factors for backwardness among SCs and STs. Thirdly, to suggest remedial measures for emancipation of backwardness in the state. Firstly, a simple percentage method is adopted to study regional pattern in socio economic condition among SCs and STs and their backwardness as well. In addition, a number of figures and tables are used for depiction of the same. Secondly, a Composite Index is constructed to explore socio economic development pattern of SCs and STs in the districts of W.B. Thirdly, the reasons are revealed from existing literature concerning regional inequality and socio economic backwardness among SCs and STs in West Bengal. Lastly, a number of suggestions are made for equal regional development and equal socio economic development of SCs and STs comparing with overall population. The finding shows regional inequality in socio economic development of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe in districts of West Bengal. Here the districts of Kolkata, Haora, Nadia, North Twenty Four Parganas and Darjiling are highly developed. On the other hand, SCs and STs are under developed in the districts of Malda, Puruliya. Moreover, SCs and STs are socio economically backward than overall population. Poverty, illiteracy and geographical proximity are revealed factors for deprivation of SCs and STs and regional inequality in their development.
