Difference between Arabic and English in the Basic Sentence Structure Contrastive Analysis and Typical Translation Errors
Human beings have a one of a kind feature language. Languages differ from one another in many ways. Standard Arabic and Standard English, for example, are distinct yet similar languages. That is, these two languages were developed independently of one another. The Arabic language is Semitic, or Syro Arabian, in the same way as the English language is German. They do, however, share some language characteristics on all levels, including phonological, morphological, syntactic, and semantic. These topics are heavily influenced by the fields of Contrastive Linguistics and Comparative Linguistics. The differences in fundamental sentence form between Arabic and English, as well as how English and Arabic differ in sentence structure, will be examined in this article, as well as how this impacts Arab students learning English as a second language. When attempting to translate from Arabic to English and vice versa, one of the most common mistakes students make is using incorrect terms.

Revisiting the Status of Odia Folktales through Eco Perspectives
Folktale is a part of folklore literature, orally transferred in the shape of poems, songs, myths, dramas, rituals, proverbs and riddles of a particular place or people while folklore is considered as the amalgam of the customs, legends, traditions, old deities and timeless tales that preserved and passed from one generation to the other. One such richly endowed oral literature belongs to the state of Odisha, where grandchildren have grown up listening to stories from Mahabharata, Abolakara Kahani, Bagula Baguli chronicles, The Legend of Taw poi, The heroic feat of Dharmapada, Jataka Tales, and many other myths and legends that are popular among the people indigenous to this region. Fakir Mohan Senapati, Krishna Chandra Panigrahi and Chakradhar Mahapatra are pioneer in interweaving Odia folk elements into short stories. This paper will strive to critically appreciate the selected short fictions of Shri Raghabananda Dash and Ranjan Pradhan to explore the eco critical elements from their works such as Kathalahari 1927 and Tales From Hill and Jungle 2009 respectively. It represents the very essence of rural Odia culture, nature and tribal communities and focuses on the images of the stereotyping psychology that constructs human relationships with the non human world. The study will analyze the vernacular tongue, employment of supernatural elements and magic realism used by Dash and Pradhan which replicate a unique enchanting quality of Odia folktales. In stark contrast to these idiosyncratic embellishments many British writers like William Wordsworth, Thomas Hardy, Gilbert White, Stephen Moss, and Philip Henser and American writers like H.D Thoreau, Richard Wright, W.C. Byrant, William Bartram, Oscar Wilde have regarded Nature as a symbol of transcendence and focused on the environment and our surroundings through their works. However, none of the works of the Western raconteurs have any similarity with the moral, educational and realistic repertoire that Odia folklore encompasses. Unfortunately, the advent of capitalism and globalism has scrambled us into a generation of self conscious suppressors of our own illustrious past. Therefore, this paper will endeavour to revoke fresh discourses about Odia folktale as an eminent and timeless component of the Indian literary tradition occupied with abundance of green studies by maintain a fine balance between -˜Culture’ and -˜Nature’.

A Description of Sebuano English Cyberlogues
This paper describes the Sebuano English cyberlogues in cybersocieties, a code mixing phenomenon in Facebook and Youtube. Code mixing is an unconscious, extensive and regular transfer of linguistic units from one language or more to another, below the level of a sentence by a large population of bilingual and monolingual speakers. More particularly, this paper describes the patterns of code mixing, as well as the morphophonemic and morphosyntactic processes involved in the mixing process as reflected in the cyberlogues in the selected cybersocieties. Findings of this study will fill a research gap related to code mixing in written text and will partially indicate the Sebuano’s current lexicon. The data were gathered through documentation of cyberlogues in three Cebuano Facebook groups and one Youtube channel. The data were examined through the Relative Congruence Methodology adapted by the researcher from Rasul’s 2006 Context of Situation and other existing approaches in code mixing to provide an analysis of the patterns of code mixing from word to clausal levels and to describe the orthographical, morphological and syntactic processes involved in the mixing process. The results show that code mixing is manifested by insertion, nativization and miscellaneous attachments of the cooperating language to the accommodating language.

From Social Media English to Academic English Analysis of Surface Errors in Undergraduate ESL Students’ Writing
The study investigated the effects of university students’ social media linguistic practices on their academic communication. Specifically, it was concerned with their ability to recognize and keep to the formal informal styles of communication effortlessly. Questionnaires, containing natural sample social media chats and containing varied informal features authored by university students, were used as the main data collection instruments. Findings revealed that most of the respondents are unable to transition between the formal – informal divide successfully. Among the micro level writing errors investigated, punctuation errors were seen to be pervasive, and followed, in the order, by contracted forms, capitalisation, word choice and spelling. The study recommends that equal emphasis be placed on the teaching of lower order academic writing concerns by relevant academic departments or centres.

An Evaluation of Implementing Task Based Language Teaching TBLT to Teach Grammar to Adolescent Learners in Vietnam
The combination of TBLT and traditional teaching methods encourages students to be more involved in communicative activities as well as guaranteed to master the target grammar by teacher’ being a model. They are required to listen carefully to teacher, and then students have themselves recognize what they need to do correctly. This minimizes students’ making mistakes while still enables fluency. More importantly, teacher no longer dominates classroom. In the light of TBLT, grammar is conveyed through completing communicative tasks which let students experience English grammar from meaning to form. In other words, the students were introduced meanings, functions of a certain grammar point through communicative tasks first, and then either the teacher or the students themselves explored the form and the teacher helped them build on what they know. This way of teaching and learning has never taken place before, so it is hoped that students experience it in a very positive way. Task based language teaching TBLT , if applied correctly to instruct grammar, will balance communicative competence and linguistic forms.
