Effect of Agricultural Transformation Agenda Support Program Phase 1 Atasp 1 on Farmers' Performance in Southeast, Nigeria
This study examined the effect of Agricultural Transformation Agenda Support Programme Phase 1 ATASP 1 on Farmers Performance in Southeast, Nigeria. It used a well structured questionnaire to collect data from a cross section of randomly selected 730 respondents. A combination of analytical tools such as descriptive statistics, Tobit and multiple regression analysis and inferential statistics were used for analysis. The study found that 56.6 of the farmers are males with an average age of 44 years, who are 87.8 married and have 10 years of formal schooling. Apart from over 19 years farming experience, the average 6 people per household is large enough to supply cheap family labour to the farmers. The study found out that the programme interventions are classified into three important components, which are infrastructure, financial market and commodity value chain development. It was also revealed that farmers adopted the following agricultural technologies the use of improved seed varieties, the use of ICT extension facilities, and keeping a good farm processing record to track changes, among others. The study, therefore, recommended among others, that the programme implementers need to be transparent in their disbursement and implementation of the project mandates and that there is a need to improve the literacy level of the farmers, as this will go a long way to improve their possibilities of technology adoption.

Performance Implication of Entrepreneurial Orientation in South Eastern Nigeria A Small and Medium Scale Enterprises Perspective
The performance of small and medium scale enterprises SMEs in Nigeria seem to be adversely affected as a result of poor entrepreneurial orientation, hence, the need to carry out this study to identify the extent of the relationship that exists between proactiveness and customers patronage of SMEs in South East, Nigeria. Survey research design was adopted for the study, with a target population of 35,535 SMEs in the study region. A sample of 396 respondents were selected through the application of Taro Yamane Formula. Data collection was carried out through a structured questionnaire, while the analysis of the collected data was handled using descriptive and inferential statistics. Hypothesis was tested 5 level of significance. The Result revealed that there is a positive significant relationship between the proactiveness of SMEs and customer patronage r= 0.55 p value 0.05 . The study, therefore, concluded that entrepreneurial orientation is a key part of the survival strategies of SMEs as the proactiveness of the SMEs go a long way in building confidence in customers and retaining their patronage. Sequel to this, it was recommended among others, that the management of small businesses should build their anticipatory capacity to be able to take proactive steps to remedy situations to avoid devastating effects in the future.

Effect of Cooperative Membership on Needs Satisfaction among Staff of Tertiary Institutions in Anambra State, Nigeria
With the growing recognition of cooperatives as a vibrant and viable economic alternative to alleviate hardship, it does appear that members’ needs satisfaction is yet to be met. This study, therefore, examined the effect of cooperative membership on needs satisfaction among staff of tertiary institutions in Anambra State, Nigeria. The population of study and sample size which was generated using the Taro Yamane formula was 6,647 and 377 cooperative members respectively. A multi stage sampling technique was used in selecting study participants. Data were sourced from a primary source. The generated data were presented and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The study hypothesis was tested using regression analysis. The findings revealed that 93 of the variation in physical needs of members is caused by the length of cooperative membership and frequency of cooperative patronage at a 5 level of significance. This study concluded that the length of cooperative membership and frequency of patronage enhances the actualization of the physical needs of members. Therefore, it was recommended among others that the cooperative societies should continue to strive in ensuring that members’ needs are reasonably met. In doing this, the cooperatives should possibly adopt a scale of preference approach in tackling members need.

Entrepreneurial Orientation and Performance of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises SMES in South Eastern Nigeria
Ineffective and poor entrepreneurial orientation seems to adversely affect performance of small and medium scale enterprises SMEs in Nigeria. Thus, the study was designed to examine relationship that exists between entrepreneurial orientation and performance of SMEs in South Eastern Nigeria. The study adopted a survey research design. The target population of the study comprised of 35,535 SMEs in South East Nigeria with a sample of 396 respondents, arrived at using Taro Yamane Formula. Data was collected using structured questionnaire and analyzed using, frequency, percentage and mean. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient was used to test the hypotheses at 5 level of significance. Results indicated that there exist a strong positive relationship between strategic orientation and market expansion of SMEs r=0.76, p value 0.05 and that there exist a strong positive relationship between market orientation and market sustainability of SMEs business activities r=0.83, p value 0.05 The study concluded that entrepreneurial orientation has positive impact on the performance of SMEs in South East Nigeria and recommended among others that SMEs need to embrace entrepreneurial orientation, strategic orientation and market orientation, to improve business performance.

Application of Big Data in Enterprise Management
With the continuous development of information technology, enterprises have gradually entered the era of big data. How to analyze the complex data and find out the useful information to promote the development of enterprises is becoming more and more important in the modernization of science and technology. This paper expounds the importance and existing problems of big data application in enterprise management, and briefly analyzes and discusses its application in enterprises and its future development direction and trend. With the rapid development of Internet of things, cloud computing and other information technology, the world ushered in the era of big data. It has become a trend to promote the deep integration of Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and real economy. Due to the rapid development of economy, the amount of data information generated in the process of consumption and production is very large. Under the traditional management mode, enterprises cannot meet the needs of the current social and economic development. However, the application of big data technology in enterprises can achieve better analysis and Research on these data information, so as to provide reliable data basis for enterprises to carry out various business management decisions.

Influence of Farmers Multipurpose Cooperative Societies on Vegetable Production in Enugu State
This work examined the influence of farmers multipurpose cooperative societies FMCS on vegetable production in Enugu State, Nigeria, as the broad objective. Specifically, the study examined the effect of farm resources from all sources on vegetable crops output and ascertained the effect of farm resources obtained from cooperatives on vegetable farm profitability. The study adopted a survey research design. The population of the study was 3,020 FMCS with a membership of 30,257. A sample size sample of 353 was gotten by the application of Taro Yamani sample size formula. Primary data was used for the study. The research instrument was subjected to face and content validation. The reliability of the instrument was determined by a test re test method which returned a coefficient of .94. Descriptive and inferential were used in data analysis and hypotheses were tested at a 5 level of significance. Results indicated that farm resources from all sources statistically significantly predicted vegetable farm profitability F = 20.727, p .05 and that farm resources obtained from cooperatives statistically significantly predicted vegetable farm profitability F = 32.638, p .05 . It was concluded that FMCS have an influence on vegetable production in Enugu State. Sequel to this, it was recommended among others that farmers should be encouraged to join FMCS in Enugu State because of its obvious advantages.

Influence of Informal Financial Institution on Poverty Reduction in Enugu State – Nigeria
Informal financial institutions are those financial institutions found in the rural areas through which rural dwellers save their money on a short term basis and also source funds when they are in need. This paper examined the influence of rural informal financial institutions in achieving poverty reduction in the area of the study. It was observed that rural dwellers are handicapped when it comes to financing any meaningful project. It is equally very difficult for them to raise enough funds, especially from formal financial institutions to make small scale investments hence the vicious circle of poverty. The data used were from primary and secondary sources. Two hundred and fifty 250 respondents were chosen using Random Sampling Technique and two hundred and thirty five 235 answered and returned their questionnaire. The analysis was done using descriptive statistics. The result revealed that for all the informal institutions, their main source of fund constitute the monthly due contributed by members, that the majority of rural dwellers save between N6, 000 – N10,000, that the majority of the rural institutions disburse loans on providing an acceptable surety and it constitutes 64 . The study concluded that informal financial institutions have a great influence on poverty alleviation in Enugu State Nigeria. Among others, it was recommended that the institutions should strive to increase savings to disburse more loans to the applicants for meaningful projects.

Housing Finance A Comparative Study of SBI and HDFC Bank
Banking sector is very significant for healthy economy. One in every of the foremost vital and major roles contend by banking sector is that of loaning and credit creation. State bank of India was founded on 1st July, 1955. Its headquarters is in Mumbai. HDFC was formed in 1978. This study aims to analyse the housing finance performance of these two banks. It is useful for customers to know about the housing loan. This study will help the banking industry for the improvement on their housing finance business model. In the housing finance HDFC Bank is in better position that of SBI. The growth rate is decreased compared to HDFC Bank. So, it is important that SBI wants to concentrates on their housing finance products and activities. It is suggested for the entire bank to take effective steps to improve the operating efficiency of the housing finance sector. HDFC Bank having good brand image in the mind of housing finance.

Financial Inclusion through Karad Urban Co Operative Bank, Karad
The Karad Urban Co operative Bank Ltd., Karad is now a prominent name in Urban Banking Sector. This Bank was established first as a Co operative Urban Credit Society in the year 1917. The Bank has made tremendous progress in all these districts and considering the financial inclusion, has amended its bye laws to cover other districts of Maharashtra. The numbers of members of KUC Bank were increased from 43746 to 75206 during 2010 2011 to 2019 2020. The Average Annual Growth Rate of members was 71.92 with proportionate growth in socially backward classes. The Compound Growth Rate was 6 . The AGR and CGR of branches were increased by 28 and 2 respectively during same period. The CGR and Coefficient of variation of the numbers of Staff in the Bank was 3 and 12.97 respectively during the study period. In 2010 11, the share capital of the Bank was Rs. 3286.8 lakhs. It increased by 9820.9 lakhs at the end of March 2020. The S.D., C.V., and CGR of share capital were 2421.50, 33.30 and 12 respectively during the same years. In 2010 11 the loans and advances of Rs.76505.04 lakh was provided by the Bank. It increased 129.00 and reached at Rs. 175197.15 lakhs in the 2019 20. In order to ensure timely and efficient loan disbursement, similarly with an intention to adopt legitimate professional approach for financial inclusion. The capital Adequacy Ration of the Bank was higher than the norms of RBI and CD ratio was about 63.61 in the study period. Bank has succeeded in strengthening the capital base and ultimately achieved the CRAR 16.58 well above the benchmark 9 in the year 2019 20.Out of 62 branches 23 branches have O NPA in year 2019 20 and total NPA is 7.65 in 2019 20.Bank provides deposit Insurance upto 5 lakhs since Feb,2020. It provides loans to priority sectors like MSME, agro based sectors, women entrepreneurs, small traders etc. at low rate of interest and under PM Avas Yojana 136 proposals have been sanctioned and 1.94 crores are deposited in the accounts of beneficiary.

The Difference between Entrepreneurs and Managers in the Accumulation of Social Capital
This paper difference between entrepreneurs and managers in the accumulation of social capital. The analysis for this study involved responses from 50 entrepreneurs and 50 managers in Vietnam. The research results shown three facts that support the predictions 1 social capital is higher among entrepreneurs, 2 the social capital of entrepreneurs rises with firm age, while such behavior is not observed for managers 3 entrepreneurs who invest in human capital also invest in social capital, while such correlation is not observed for managers.

Factors Influencing the Entrepreneurial Behaviour
This article aimed to determine whether there are differences in opinion between entrepreneurs and non entrepreneurs when assessing the different environmental factors that favour or hinder entrepreneurial behaviour. This article comes to the conclusion that there are significant differences between entrepreneurs and non entrepreneurs when they assess the factors that, in their opinion, are hindering or promoting entrepreneurial behaviour.
