Qualitative Effect of Solar Eclipse on Power Generation of Solar Power Plant

June 20, 2020 0
Qualitative Effect of Solar Eclipse on Power Generation of Solar Power Plant
Solar energy is the energy of the present and future. With the growing demand for power, it is likely that solar energy is going to be the only reliable energy source in the future. This adds to the collective responsibility of solar power plants to deliver power efficiently. As every method of energy conversion has its own limitations, so does this method exhibit its inefficiency to convert solar energy into electrical energy in the presence of cloud cover or in event of eclipses. This paper shall consider the effect of a solar eclipse on the power generation process of a solar power plant and propose a theory for the same. Initially, various types of eclipses shall be discussed for the need of acquaintance and understanding after which the effect of solar eclipse on the stability of the plant shall be understood. This work shall be restricted to qualitative analysis and shall intend to establish a theory of correlation between progression of eclipse and the stall and surge in power generation which shall then be linked to the stability of the power plant. As modern day technology can easily provide details of the next eclipse in line, necessary precautions and safety measures can surely be undertaken to avoid damage to power generation equipment. Towards the end, a procedure shall be proposed to validate the theory.

Interdependence of Factors Affecting Intensity of Incident Solar Radiation during Solar Eclipse

June 10, 2020 0
Interdependence of Factors Affecting Intensity of Incident Solar Radiation during Solar Eclipse
Solar eclipses are one of those rare yet predictable events which bear the potential to render impacts on the functioning of a solar power plant. Solar radiation being the input to a solar power plant, plays a vital role in the quality of power generated. However, this input radiation is useful only when the intensity is adequate enough to generate power. The intensity of solar radiation depends on various key factors but in context of a solar eclipse, there are certain additional factors that need necessary consideration without which the analysis can be incomplete and unintelligible. This paper shall at first introduce all such qualitative factors on which the intensity of solar radiation depends during any regular day and thereafter extend the study to a day with a solar eclipse. The qualitative interdependence of all these factors shall then be discussed with a view point of establishing a basis for the derivation of a relation between the same. In reality there are numerous factors affecting the incident radiation but the factors considered for this study shall be broadly restricted to location or latitude, time of the day or relative altitude of the sun and moon, time of the year or sidereal position of the earth, cloud cover, apparent diameter of the celestial bodies on the day of eclipse, magnitude and obscuration of the eclipse.

There is not a Case for 'Black Hole' Evaporation and Explosion, but Perhaps for Hawking Radiation

December 22, 2019 0
There is not a Case for 'Black Hole' Evaporation and Explosion, but Perhaps for Hawking Radiation

In 1974 Hawking hypothesised that the event horizon of a black hole would emit blackbody radiation due to quantum effects. However, following many years of international observations including 11 years of a dedicated mission from the Fermi space telescope, Hawking radiation and its subsequent black hole evaporation have not been observed or verified experimentally. Hawking black hole evaporation and explosion are contradicted by 1. A lack of empirical support. 2. Contradictions with established science including general relativity, celestial mechanics and quantum theory. 3. Speculations regarding quantum gravity and generalised entropy, t

heories as yet unproven. Analysis of the gravitational interactions of particle and anti particle pairs has indicated that the mass energy of a black hole will not decrease over time as predicted by Hawking. As black hole evaporation cannot occur, the subsequent black hole explosion will not occur either. The mass energy of a black hole may actually increase due to quantum effects. However, Hawking radiation in the form of low energy anti matter emission from a black hole is theoretically possible.

The Real Size of our Universe

May 23, 2019 0
The Real Size of our Universe

The shape of our universe can be similar to a Vacuole in the cell. The universe is called all things between time and space , all planets, stars, galaxies, black hole, light, space between radiation, Atomic particles, dark matter hot and cold And dark energy is included. The diameter of the universe varies. And it is not possible to measure it completely, because the size grows or decreases over time. After the end of our universe, the other Universe starts. It is not possible at all to say exactly what the size of our universe is right, but by some experiments, by our own experience, by our imagination and other objects of proof, some thoughts have been expressed by some science. Our universe can be considered composed of many particles, spaces and many types of electromagnetic waves, light, radiation is universe., how big is the size of our universe that it is not possible for human beings to detect or measure it, but can only be imagined, the reason is that for measuring the size of the universe, there is no intelligence available to animals like humans. It appears that even in the universe there existed a developed civilization, such fantasies which can actually be in the universe. ,Our universe can also be a type of structure of a solid, in which atoms can have electron protons neutrons, nucleus type, galaxy, stars and planet, satellites, other particles etc
