    Technology has taken a big role in all aspects of human life. From the way we work, to the way we spend time to having fun, technology has changed everything including the way humans to run banking activities. The existence of a bank has a large function around human life. Previously, banks were only known to those who wanted to save some of their money, now the functions and activities of bank operations are increasingly diverse. The bank is now accommodating the various needs of the community for financial services. Starting from transferring funds in real time between accounts, payment and receipt of salaries, payments for goods and services, to make financial investments can be done through this institution. Indonesian banks are demanded to develop in line with Industry 4.0, where everything has been done using IT. Banks must also improve their quality through the advancement of existing fintech. The thing that is really considered by consumers is the speed and ease in conducting transactions wherever the customer is.

The major auto manufacturers and their suppliers are apprehensive and only just beginning to make plans to meet the coming change in the market from ICE to Electric Cars.

Block chain is undeniably one of the most talked-about technologies in the present financial service industry. Block chain has the potential to provide extraordinary transaction security through cryptography that avoids costly mainframes, data centers and other intermediaries for online financial transactions.

    Banks and other financial service organizations have already experimenting with crypt o currency and Block chain technology. It is expected that Block chain have major impact, especially on financial services industry due to its ability to reduce transaction costs. Financial services firms have also entered the block chain space as investors, with corporate venture capitalists becoming the most active investors in bitcoin and block chain technology.     Unorganised workers have been facing tremendous problems since ages. Right from financial security to health safety they have to fight for uncountable problems. Despite of enforcement of various laws and regulations for the security of labourers , only few of the workers working in unorganized sector are availing the benefit. 


    Here, through this research paper the Researcher tries to give importance on organizing the unorganized daily wage earners who provide services at home only excluding other professional service providers and the problems faced by them so that they can avail the benefits of various acts and laws by understanding their rights properly in an organized manner.

    Impact Analysis on Skill Development with Abacus Users
    From recent time Abacus program was used by Chinese, Japanese, Malaysians and Koreans to improve mathematical skills. The improvement in mathematical skills is due to a coordinated functioning of both right and left brain hemisphere. As learning and memory in any field is achieved by coordinating and analyzing the different sensory inputs, whether an abacus learner would also improve the short term memory. A group of 20 children of average IQ between 7 and 12 years from an abacus institute were evaluated for short term memory before and after a period of one and two years. The results showed that the abacus learners at the end of one and two years had a better visual and auditory memory with ability and positive attitude when compared to non abacus learners.
