Architecture has been in practice since man started creating a roof over his head for seeking protection from the weather. The nature of accommodation went on altering with the arrival of technology, the advance of new materials, shifting economic and social environment, growing. However, despite the fact architecture, which was practiced for a number of centuries in India, got recognition as a profession only recently.
