
Following the pattern, the objective of this study is to find an efficient and significantly improved heat dissipation module through design and analysis of the designed module using a multi layered approach. The multi layered approach relies on using a multiple layered substrates which forms the heat dissipation module which are further connected to pipes and sinks for liberating heat. In this study many analysis and simulation were done to find the natural heat convection properties of the proposed design and correlated the simulated results with the experimental results.
