    Foreign Direct Investment An Analysis of Indian Economy


    In the recent years, significance of Foreign Direct Investment has been increasing especially in the developing countries. 


    These countries are trying their level best to attract more and more FDI. Viewing this trend, the objective of this paper is to study the role of Indian Government to attract FDI and to analyse the trend to FDI inflows in the Indian economy. The paper also highlights the effects of FDI on host country.
