
This paper reviews, influence of various factors such as heat pipe tilt angle, charged amount of working fluid, nano particles type, size, mass/volume fraction and its effect on the improvement of thermal efficiency, heat transfer capacity and reduction in thermal resistance. The nano fluid preparation and the analysis of its thermal characteristics also have been reviewed.
