In Developing countries like India industrialisation is crucial for the faster growth of the nation and standard living of the people also increases. But the basic problem lies with establishment of new business in India, even though people are interested to work but the there's a deficiency in getting the initial investment. So in order cater the financial needs to the entrepreneurs the governments developed and introduced self help groups and also government directed banks and other financial institutions to provide micro finance to that self help groups. By making use of those funds they can fulfil their need of funds.
