The present study aims to examine the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance of 30 horticulture related firms in Kashmir. The entrepreneurial orientation is measured by five dimensions identified from the literature on the subject and financial performance; a dependent variable, is treated as a measurement for business performance.
