Effect of Work Motivation and Incentives on Employee Performance at COCO Gas Station Hm. Yamin Medan
This study uses qualitative research methods that contain numbers. The population in this study was all employees at COCO gas station HM.Yamin Medan. Sampling with sampling techniques saturated with samples of 26 employees. Data collection techniques using the dissemination of questionnaires with a likert scale that has 5 alternative answers. And analyzed using multiple linear regressions and coefficients of R2 determination with SPSS software for windows version 16.The results showed the following 1 Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at COCO gas stations HM.Yamin Medan, 2 Incentives do not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at COCO gas stations HM.Yamin Medan, 3 There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and incentives on employee performance at COCO gas stations HM.Medan yamin with correlation coefficient R of 0.724 and determination coefficient R2 of 0.524. This means that 52.4 of employees performance is at COCO gas stations HM.Yamin Medan was influenced by work motivation and incentives, while the other 47.6 was determined by other variables not described in this study.

Every century has witnessed the pandemic and 21st Century has come across Corona virus disease which had broke in November 2019. Spread of this virus has shaken the entire world and has made an impact on every aspect of individual and business. This has forced governments to enforce lockdown and shut down the activities temporarily. It made a impact on every sector of the economy and some sectors like education, information technology, Medical, health, Consulting, Human resource management companies and many other who largely works with technology allowed their employees to work from home and every individual expected it to be a positive sign in their career but as the time passed it becomes difficult for every employee to create a proper balance between work and life as it was new to majority and took time to get along the same. Between family and working, the pandemic has significantly altered the way we live our lives and for millions this has meant a sudden shift to remote environment as authorities' emphases the importance of social distancing. This paper attempts to explore the work from home and describes its impact on work life balance during covid 19. The study is descriptive in nature and based on both primary data collected through structured questionnaire and secondary data obtained from news papers, journal and magazines. The main contribution of this work lies in assisting the employees in knowing the impact and understanding that with right priorities, proper transition, routine, effective communication, fair expectation a satisfactory work life balance can be enhanced.

Keeping employee full engaged is very much essential. Engaged employee will be more productive, effective and efficient. In this paper factors influencing employee engagement in Mysore Paints And Varnish Limited is taken for the study. Hundred samples were taken for the study. Threety seven attribute were taken for analysis. Only nine factors have strong influence on employee engagement.

Effect of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance

In empowering employees, it is hoped that there will be a balance between the rights and obligations of the company and employees that are adjusted to the capabilities possessed by the company and the capabilities of the employees themselves.Employee performance will go up or down influenced by the leadership style and work motivation of employees so that this is the responsibility of all employees and existing leaders.The population in this study were all employees in the company and were used as research samples.The results of the study explain that leadership style has an effect on performance of 77.2 , the effect of work motivation on employee performance is 76.9 and 55.7 together.

This study examined E recruitment Process and Organizational Performance. The dimensions examined in E recruitment process include E application tracking, E interview, E Selection and E On boarding. Organizational performance was measured in terms of Employee performance, Operational performance, Economic performance and profitability. The aim and objectives of the paper was to determine the influence of E recruitment process and organizational performance by evaluating the influence of E tracking on employee performance, the influence of E interview on operational performance, the influence of E selection on economic performance, the influence of E on boarding on profitability. The study provided an empirical analysis on E recruitment process and Organizational performance. To this end, the paper revealed that E recruitment process is advantageous to organizations and contribute significantly towards the growth of an Organization as the study observed that candidate s recruited using E recruitment are competent and reliable which enhance organizational performance. Therefore the paper recommended that there should be adequate Information Technology in an Organization in other to utilize E recruitment process and the benefit attached to it. There should be adequately trained personnel that can conduct proper E recruitment. E recruitment process should be used to select productive employee s that would enhance organizational performance.

 There is an employee productivity problem in money deposits in Nigeria. Employees are less committed to work, constantly fail to meet deadlines and procrastinate. Existing employee problems point to the fact that there is a lingering commitment problem in the workplace. On one side, growing evidence points out that the perception employees have of bank performance appraisal is affecting employees work commitment. Banks are not achieving their desired goals of yearly enhancing productivity from their human and material resources. There are few accepted systems in place to investigate employee perception of performance appraisal systems and this has influenced turnover intentions. The most significant expression of declining productivity in the banks is poor attention to details, wasting time on meaningless activities, declining to identify with the bank mission goals, all pointing to employee commitment problem. Therefore, this paper examines the effect of effect employee perception of appraisal has on employee commitment in the selected money deposit banks in Lagos State. The study adopted a survey research design. The population was 4,655 employees of Access bank in Lagos and Guaranty Trust Bank GT Bank in Lagos. A sample size of 356 was determined using were determined using Cochran’s formula. The study adopted a cluster random sampling technique. A structured questionnaire was adapted and validated to collect data from the respondents. Data collected were analyzed using descriptive and inferential simple linear regression analysis statistics. Findings revealed that employee perception of appraisal had significant effect on employee commitment R2 = 0.649, F 1,333 = 615.082, p 0.05 in the selected money deposit banks in Lagos State. The study concludes that employee perception of appraisal affects employee commitment of money deposit banks in Lagos State. The study recommended that deposit money banks should employ an appraisal system that is transparent to eliminate perception errors and build a social context that strategically encourages organizational citizenship behavior and employee productivity.
