The Study on Blockchain Based Library Management and its Characterization

The Study on Blockchain Based Library Management and its Characterization

Blockchain is an innovative technology that could replace the current internet framework with a secure hash algorithm based on consensus based transactions in P2P networks. Library management is an important part of modern libraries. In an advanced library, Library management is currently done on RFID based kiosk implementation on KOHA or other Library management software to facilitate self check in and out. The problem of auditing and stocktaking of books, journals, periodicals is still a big issue despite library automation based on RFID. Blockchain based library management systems being transparent and immutable records are the answer to full proof auditing and stocktaking in the present setup of advanced libraries. Blockchain library management system restricts the use of copyright digital materials. Here we are demonstrating an illustration of library management using blockchain written using solidity language on Remix IDE. The blockchain implementation of Library management of books is successfully executed on Remix IDE. In this paper, we have given the source code of the smart contract and its snapshots for the blockchain library management of books using blockchain technology.

Energy Saving by Migrating Virtual Machine to Green Cloud Computing

March 23, 2020 0
Energy Saving by Migrating Virtual Machine to Green Cloud Computing

Green computing is characterized as the examination and practice of structuring, assembling, utilizing, and discarding PCs, servers, and related subsystems, for example, screens, printers, storage gadgets, and systems administration and interchanges frameworks proficiently and successfully with negligible or no effect on the earth. The objective of green computing is to diminish the utilization of hazardous materials, amplify energy proficiency during the items lifetime, and advance the recyclability of obsolete items and factory waste. Green computing can be accomplished by either Product Longevity Resource distribution or Virtualization or Power management. power is the bottleneck of improving the system execution. Among all industries, the information communication technology ICT industry is seemingly answerable for a bigger segment of the overall development in energy utilization. The objective of green cloud computing is to advance the recyclability or biodegradability of outdated items and factory waste by diminishing the utilization of hazardous materials and amplifying the energy productivity during the items lifetime.

Cloud Computing Basics Features and Services

Cloud computing is an on demand service in which distributed resources, information, software and other devices are provided according to the client's requirement at specific time 1 . Cloud computing involves deploying groups of remote servers and software networks that allow centralized data storage and online access to computer services or resources. In this paper, we explore the different services in different computing platforms and applications. Cloud computing is a service, which offers customers to work over the internet 2 .

An Investigation of Fault Tolerance Techniques in Cloud Computing

Cloud computing which is created on Internet has the most powerful architecture of computation that provides users with the capabilities of information technology as a service and allows them to have access to these services without having specialized information or controlling the infrastructure. Fault tolerance has. The main advantages of using fault tolerance that has all the necessary techniques to keep active power and reliability in cloud computing include failure recovery, lower costs, and improved performance criteria. In this paper, we will investigation of the different techniques that are used for fault tolerance on cloud computing.

Understanding the Determinants of Security and Privacy in Cloud Computing Architecture

Understanding the Determinants of Security and Privacy in Cloud Computing Architecture

Cloud computing is an emerging model of business computing. Cloud computing is a service, which offers customers to work over the internet. It simply states that cloud computing means storing and accessing the data and programs over the internet rather than the computer's hard disk. The data can be anything such as music, files, images, documents, and many more. The user can access the data from anywhere just with the help of an internet connection. To access cloud computing, the user should register and provide with ID and password for security reasons. The speed of transfer depends on various factors such as internet speed, the capacity of the server, and many more. In this paper, we explore the understanding the determinates of security and privacy in cloud computing, Cloud Computing architecture and We also address the characteristics and applications of several popular cloud computing platforms. We identified several challenges from the cloud computing adoption perspective and we also highlighted the cloud interoperability issue that deserves substantial further research and development. However, security and privacy issues present a strong barrier for users to adapt to cloud computing systems.

Chatbot for Railway using Diloug Flow

Chatbot is a program or a virtual person who can speak effectively to the human beings using Artificial intelligent and using interactive skills. Today the main challenge of the chatbot is to which will look like human brain with all knowledge. Now a days there are many chatbot related to cloud based which helps for improvement and development mainly like IBM Watson, Amazon lex etc., 6 Chatbot are become more famous as it reduce the customer service jobs and also client burden with handling multiple users at a time. As it want to perform multiple task in same process, we need to make chatbot as efficient as possible. To address this problem, here we are providing some different design of a chatbot which will provide an exact replies to the query based on the dataset of FAQs using Dialog Flow. 5 Here we used railway related information such as source and destinations timings and also seat availability etc.

Evolution of Remote Sensing and Graphical Information System Using CPU-GPU Platform

October 22, 2018 0
Evolution of Remote Sensing and Graphical Information System Using CPU-GPU Platform

The Earths land use, land cover, land forms, spatial and geographical characteristics are crucial variables in global change. The impact of human activities on the earth has resulted greatly to climate change calls for a comparative study and mapping of the land in order to assess the condition of the land in the past comparing with the current state of the land in order to regulate the anthropogenic factors for sustainable development.

Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Services allow the engineer to continuously monitor any change any intended plans to secure their success or rectification to meet the requirements. GIS technology has a major impact on the safety and quality of our daily lives. City planners and businesses use GIS applications to combine physical mapping information with demographic data such as population, street layout and local resources. As users push the boundaries of GIS applications, datasets are growing increasingly complex, often involving many gigabytes of interactive maps showing vectors, surface layers and images.

As the amount of data and the complexity of the processing rise, the demand for processing power in GIS applications is increasing. The processing speed is a critical aspect to enable a productive interaction between the human operator and the machine in order to achieve ever more complex tasks satisfactorily.

Graphic processing units GPU are good candidates to speed up some tasks. With the recent developments, programming these devices became very simple. In this paper, we introduce the method how complexity of RS and GIS can be reduced by implementing parallel architecture of GPU.
