Eko Artificial Life, Determinacy of Ecological Resilience and Classification of Closed Ecosystems

Simulating the effects of biotic and a biotic interactions with or without human interference to compute ecological resilience within a closed ecosystem. Simulating a set food chain in the said ecosystem and studying the effects of biotic factors on the biotic chains and vice versa. Classifying and comparing various closed ecosystems on the said parameters and determinacy of the stability of an ecosystem over time. Study of various a biotic compound statistics via graphical representations in a time controlled order. Ability to introduce new species, remove existing ones or change the concentration amounts of current biotic parameters and thus study various results in a cause effect relationship. Time factoring and control over biotic gene pool to affect ecosystems on both a macro and micro scale. In depth latency about ecosystems in the gaming industry, weather simulators, and life perseverance of various endangered and threatened species along with sustainable resource control.

Exploring Molecular Targets for Repositioning of Hypertensive Drugs

April 03, 2021 0
Exploring Molecular Targets for Repositioning of Hypertensive Drugs

Drug repositioning or drug repurposing or drug profiling is the discovery of new applications for approved or failed drug.. Drug repositioning is the development of new approved drug applications. The cost of bringing a medicine to the market is around one million which include clinical and preclinical trials. Repositioning of drugs help in cutting down costs as well as time involve in intial validation and authorization. The procedure involved in Drug repositioning is generally performed during the drug development phase to modify or extend an active molecules distribution line. On a fundamental level, repositioning opportunities exist because drugs perturb multiple biological entities and engage themselves in multiple biological processes. Therefore, a drug can play multiple roles or perform a various mode of actions that are responsible for its pharmacology. Hypertension, is a condition that causes increase in the risk of cardiovascular diseases. In this study an attempt has been made to reposition hypertensive drugs for different diseases by exploring molecular targets of hypertensive drugs. Consider that they often need to be administered for long periods of time, often over whole life time Side effects although present, have been found safe enough to be used for such long durations, hence repurposing these drugs for other diseases may be beneficial with limited side effects.

Fingerprint Recognition using 3D Touchless Technology

June 14, 2020 0
Fingerprint Recognition using 3D Touchless Technology

Fingerprint is a unique pattern composed of ridges and furrows on the surface of human finger. This fingerprint can be used For providing biometric security and to identify criminal. Biometric fingerprint can replace old password and token authentication. In todays time most of the private government organizations are using 2d touch based fingerprint recognition, But in this pandemic situation of covid 19. A 3d touchless fingerprint technology will be the best alternative for maintaining human hygiene and to protect people from getting affected by corona virus. So in this topic we are going to cover the touchless fingerprint recognition using 3d technology.

MRI Image Segmentation by Using DWT for Detection of Brain Tumor

Brain tumor segmentation is one of the critical tasks in the medical image processing. Some early diagnosis of brain tumor helps in improving the treatment and also increases the survival rate of the patients. The manual segmentation for cancer diagnosis of brain tumor and generation of MRI images in clinical routine is difficult and time consuming. The aim of this research paper is to review of MRI based brain tumor segmentation methods for the treatment of cancer like diseases. The magnetic resonance imaging used for detection of tumor and diagnosis of tissue abnormalities. The computerized medical image segmentation helps the doctors in treatment in a simple way with fast decision making. The brain tumor segmentation assessed by computer based surgery, tumor growth, developing tumor growth models and treatment responses. This research focuses on the causes of brain tumor, brain tumor segmentation and its classification, MRI scanning process and different segmentation methodologies.

Artificial Neural Network Based Detection of Renal Tumors using CT Scan Image Processing

May 17, 2019 0
Artificial Neural Network Based Detection of Renal Tumors using CT Scan Image Processing

The segmentation, as well as analysis of renal tumor, is important to step which is performed by the doctor while deciding the stage of cancer and finding the appropriate method of its treatment. This paper determines a novel approach in order to develop an algorithm which helps in detecting and analysis of renal cancer tumors. The developed algorithm has been employed to segment and pre processes the image for its better visualization and segment the visible tumor. The pre processing has a hybrid filter for image enhancement and noise removal. An artificial neural network is also used by Hybrid Self Organizing Maps. It uses the clustering of image data to highlight the detected region. The appropriate output is obtained according to the medical field and it is compared with the resultant image to improve the algorithm. It helps in understanding the affected region in the human body and for better visualization. A region growing method is also applied for finding the same intensity images in images and to segment out the tumor from the processed image. The objective of this paper is to create a CT image database and then apply pre processing methods on the image. The image segmentation is done by using Haar wavelet. The boundary is also detected by using canny. The feature extraction is applied to the image on the basis of shape, intensity, and texture and after that Fuzzy clustering is applied to get the optimized segmented image.

Computational Analysis of RNA Nucleotide Sequences

January 23, 2019 0
Computational Analysis of RNA Nucleotide Sequences

One of the most fascinating and deeply researched fields of all of the biochemical components are the nucleic acids and proteins, especially because of their dynamic structure and function and their fundamental role in the course of evolution. Sequence studies have been carried out and is still being researched on to decode completely the world of genetics and molecular biology. And so, here we present our concept in the form of a simple program that has been developed for analyzing the Amino acid sequence from a given sequence of RNA nucleotide bases, and using the result of which, further, interpretation of the corresponding protein can be done.
